The Last Dream That Mattered
I get asked a lot about my skincare regiment. I’d like to formally share mine. You may we surprised to find that most ingredients for a highly-effective luxurious, spa treatment is probably already in your pantry.
I used to spend a fortune on products you’d get in med-spas and Neiman Marcus, La Mer and other overpriced, overrated brands that never really did much besides look good in their packaging. I began researching the techniques of all the cultures I found had amazing skincare regiments. I fell in love with the Japanese art of gu sha, a scraping technique I stack after sauna therapy + niacin to detox all impurities in the face.
COCONUT OIL = MAKE-UP REMOVER
MANUKA HONEY = FACE WASH+ Antimicrobal. Helps tighten pores as well.
(Splash your face with water, then massage a pea-sized amount of honey onto your face. Let sit for 2-5 minutes. Rinse)
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR w”The Mother” = TONER, Yes it’s a strong smell but it’s effective, I’ve been using this as my toney for the past 5 years and haven’t had a single break-out.
